The check in process is very difficult. The actual check in counter and the staff is at a different hotel, but there's not sufficient communication at the front door of Granada Inn to indicate that. In tolerable amount of mosquitoes in the room. The bathtub drain is not working well. Bed sheets does not look clean. Curtain is full of dust and stains.
